Boot Camp Overview

SESSION 1:  "Understanding Burnout and Building Self-Awareness

In this session we will learn what burnout is and how to recognize the symptoms and stages of burnout.  There will also be an assessment questionnaire that will help you know where you are on the burnout barometer.

 

SESSION 2:  "Reclaiming Energy with Restorative Practices

Some strategies will be introduced to get you started toward restoring both your physical and emotional energy.  You will also learn how to recognize the destructive practices that many unknowingly do that lead them to, or keep them stuck in a state of burnout.

 

SESSION 3:  "Priorities, Boundaries and Managing Overwhelm

Here we are getting to a deeper level of what can bring you INTO burnout and OUT of burnout.  We will deal with their effect on life balance and how you can take your beginning steps toward changing course and calming the chaos you may be feeling today.

 

SESSION 4: "Bonus" Session. (surprise)

This is a session I have added just for you.  More information will be given at the end of session 3.

Q.  When will this boot camp be held?

A. Since this is not a group boot camp, they are always TBA.  Coach Teri will send you her scheduling link through e-mail.  She recommends that you do this boot camp twice a week for two weeks. 

 

Q.  Where is the session held?

A.  These are Online zoom sessions.  You will be sent a link through your e-mail before each session.

 

Q.  Do I need to bring anything to the session?

A.  No.  You only need to bring an open mind and your tired body. 

 

Q. Who will benefit most from this Boot Camp?

A.  Anyone can benefit from it.
